The project is addressed to third country nationals (outside Switzerland the European Union and the European Economic Area) who possess: 

  • repatriation visa – purpose of issue: 19;
  • visa for resettlement as a member of the immediate family of a repatriate – purpose of issue: 17;
  • visa for using the rights resulting from holding the Pole’s Card – purpose of issue: 17a;
  • prior promise of granting the entry visa;
  • a written acceptance for studies in Poland from a higher educational institution;
  • statement of a Polish employer about entrusting work to a foreigner submitted and registered by the employer at the Poviat Labour Office;
  • Schengen visa or national visa (persons holding the visa and their immediate family) with the following issue purposes: 04, 05a, 05b, 06, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17a, 18, 19, 21, 22, 22a, 23 and children of those persons (non-EU citizens) born in the Republic of Poland;
  • permanent or temporary residence permit (with certain exceptions) or a stay permit for a long term resident of the European Union; 
  • documents confirming the possession of a permit for tolerated stay (“tolerated stay permit”);
  • a permit to stay for humanitarian reasons;
  • a confirmation of an application submitted in order to obtain a residence permit for a fixed period pursuant to amnesty, and who currently resides (together with immediate family) in the Republic of Poland on the basis of a stamp, who submitted their application for: 

             – obtaining a temporary and a permanent residence permit or a stay permit for a long term resident of the European Union;

             – extending the validity of a Schengen visa or a national visa with substantiation compliant with the following purposes set forth in art. 60 sect. 1: pt. 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25 of the act on Foreigners;

             – extending the period of stay in the Republic of Poland under the visa-free movement;

  • document confirming the validity of stay in the Republic of Poland for third-country nationals under the visa-free movement;
  • document confirming that the non-EU citizen residing in the Republic of Poland is in the process of obtaining a permit for legal stay in Poland – in this case we can only provide legal aid for obtaining the legal stay;
  • a stamp in a travel document confirming an application submitted in order to obtain a permit – in case of non-EU citizens, residing in the Republic of Poland legally, who submitted their application for: grating a temporary or a permanent stay permit to a foreigner as well as a stay permit for a long term resident of the European Union; extending the validity of a Schengen visa or a national visa with substantiation compliant with the following purposes set forth in art. 60 sect. 1: pt. 4-6, 9-13, 17, 19-21, 23-25 of the act on Foreigners; extending the period of stay in the Republic of Poland under the visa-free movement;
  • as of 01.01.2021 citizens of the United Kingdom who legally reside in the Republic of Poland.
