30.08.2021 r.: Newsletter for employers no 2
Poland is a very popular country, especially with Ukrainian migrants, who leave their homeland and migrate to Poland to earn money. It’s possible to see the mutual advantages of this process: on the one hand migrants are pleased, the evidence of this is the growing number of foreigners employed by Polish employers, and on the other hand the Polish labour market gains the required labour force.
The second newsletter for employers published by Caritas Poland as part of project activities is dedicated to the topic of migrant employment.
The August issue of the newsletter includes information about the greatest challenges resulting from the dynamic inflow of migrants to Poland.
The Newsletter also offers information about the necessity to manage migration and the integration process.
The government is constantly working on its integration strategy and the main directions of actions adopted for 2012-2022 include the following topics: legal and illegal migration, protection and integration of foreigners, migration of Poles and the European migration policy.
The newsletter also offers some suggestions on actions related to legal migration.
Detailed information about these and other topics related to the employment of foreigners can be found in the newsletter available in the download section on our website. Feel free to read it!
